WHEN DOES THE MATRIX Consumer Electronics PROTECTION PLAN COVERAGE START?

The plan term starts on the date of enrollment via the registration process. Products are eligible for coverage on the 31st day following the plan term start date. If you purchase a new Consumer Electronics it can replace an Consumer Electronics that is currently covered. It must be enrolled in the Matrix Consumer Electronics Protection Plan within 30 days of the product's original date of purchase and will be eligible for coverage at the expiration of the manufacturer's original warranty.

HOW DOES THE MATRIX Consumer Electronics PROTECTION PLAN WORK?

For one low monthly fee, the Matrix Consumer Electronics Protection Plan covers the five Consumer Electronics you select from mechanical failures that occur during normal use. The plan covers those repairs necessary to return your Consumer Electronics to its intended functionality under normal operation.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you may cancel your plan for any reason at any time. To cancel, simply call 855-500-6287 (MATRIX) or log in to your user account.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MATRIX Consumer Electronics PROTECTION PLAN AND THE SERVICE PLANS OFFERED BY MOST RETAILERS

A retailer’s plan is expensive and covers only ONE newly purchased product with a limited term. Retailers typically sell you a new plan for each appliance product you purchase. Retailer plans often exceed 20% of the purchase price of each product. The Matrix Consumer Electronics Protection plan is inexpensive. One low price covers 17 of your appliances plus four systems of your choice. With Matrix Consumer Electronics Protection, whenever you purchase a new product, you can simply add it to your existing coverage at no additional cost.

HOW LONG ARE MY PRODUCTS COVERED?

Your coverage will never end as long as you continue paying the low fixed monthly fee. If you select the annual payment option, your five Consumer Electronics will be covered through the expiration date listed on the agreement.

IS THERE A SERVICE CHARGE OR DEDUCTIBLE FOR REPAIRS?

Yes, there is a $75 deductible that you pay directly to the service technician.

WHO PERFORMS THE REPAIR SERVICE IF SOMETHING BREAKS?

When repairing your eligible product, only authorized service repair professionals are used. The Matrix Consumer Electronics Protection Plan provides you with the same type of service that you would get from the manufacturer or retailer of your product.
