   received email from customer forwarded to IRE to cancel and refund
   email received: Due to fraudulent activity on the credit card I provided at the time of purchase, no payments will be made as that card has been blocked and is unusable.

   After reviewing the contract details I find that the cost of this policy is more than my budget can handle and apologize for the inconvenience caused by making the purchase in the first place.

   If the is an official Termination form, I didn’t find one in the policy details, please provide for me as I will complete and return it to you.

   As of this date, 3/7/2023 I am stating that I no longer want to purchase this policy.
