Simply present your GoMonthly Vehicle Protection contract to the repair facility who in turn will contact our claims department. You simply pay your deductible. CLAIM PROCESS FOR A MECHANICAL FAILURE

The GoMonthly Vehicle Protection claims process is fast and effortless. Prior to repair, simply tell the dealership or ASE certified repair facility that you have an extended warranty with GoMonthly Vehicle Protection. They will call the Claims Center number 855-500-6287 (MATRIX). Once the repairs are approved by the claims center and the repairs are completed a payment will be made directly to your repair facility with a corporate credit card. Remember, in case of a mechanical failure you must protect your vehicle from further damage. This may require you to stop the vehicle, turn off the engine, and have the vehicle towed.

Tire and Wheel Road Hazard Protection
You must obtain authorization prior to the replacement of any tire and/or to any repair or replacement of any wheel. Call 855-500-6287 (MATRIX) Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time for authorization and instructions. In the event that both the tire and/or wheel damage occurs after the Administrators regular business hours, or on a weekend, and repairs must be effected, you may obtain instructions online at www.niufl.com. Subsequent to afterhours repairs/replacements, call 855-500-6287 (MATRIX) the next business day to report your claim.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED SERVICE?

Call 855-500-6287 (MATRIX) when a registered product requires repair. We have a network of more than 10,000 service repair centers available and ready to fix your problem. If the repair costs associated with your product exceed the price you paid for it -- or if it can't be repaired because parts are no longer available or the price of repair is too high -- you may receive payment of up to the eligible product's original purchase price (excluding sales tax) to replace it.

Is a vehicle inspection required?

No, however, keep in mind that no vehicle service contract will cover pre-existing conditions, regardless of which company you purchase a protection plan from.

Can I still buy a Vehicle protection Plan after the manufacturer's warranty has expired?

Yes, you may still purchase a GoMonthly Vehicle Protection Plan after your manufacturer’s factory warranty has expired as long as the vehicle is 15 years old or newer with less than 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Is insured?

Yes, GoMonthly Vehicle Protection is insured by an A.M. Best "A-" (Excellent) rated insurance company.

How is the monthly premium paid?

Your GoMonthly Vehicle Protection automatically renews monthly using the credit or debit card information on file that you provided us when you originally signed up.

What information is needed to purchase the Vehicle Protection Plan?

We ask for the make, model, mileage and year of your vehicle. We also will need the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and because rules vary from state-to-state, we need to know the state you live in. It's that easy!

When does my Vehicle Protection Plan become effective?

Your GoMonthly Vehicle Protection plan only require a 30-day and 1000 mile waiting period before your mechanical breakdown coverage begins.

When will my Service Plan expire?

Your GoMonthly service contract will stay active as long as the monthly payments are made.

Is wear and tear coverage included?

Yes, wear and tear coverage is included as long as the vehicle has less than 125,000 miles at the time of the claim.

What is wear and tear coverage and what does IT cover?

Wear and tear coverages mean that a part does not have to break for you to be covered. Should a part or component wear out prematurely, it is covered. Wear and Tear coverage is defined as the part that can no longer perform the function it was designed for solely because of its condition.

If your vehicle has accumulated less than 125,000 odometer miles at the time of the claim, GoMonthly Vehicle Protection includes coverage for a part or component, which is outside allowable tolerances as prescribed by the manufacturer of that part or component, even if a breakdown has not occurred. Parts that are considered "normal maintenance" are not covered under the Wear and Tear option. These would be items such as brake pads, shoes, brake drums, rotors, manual clutches, etc.

How do I know my vehicle qualifies?

With the exception of a few excluded vehicles, as long as your vehicle is 15 years old or newer with less than 200,000 miles, it will qualify for one of the GoMonthly coverages listed below.

EXCLUSIONARY – ULTIMATE COVERAGE

If your vehicle has fewer than 75,000 odometer miles at the time a Breakdown occurs, it qualifies for Exclusionary Coverage, which provides coverage for necessary repairs to all the mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle subject to the general exclusions, conditions and limitations listed in the Service Contract.

STATED COMPONENT - DELUXE COVERAGE

If your vehicle has between 75,001 and 125,000 odometer miles at the time a breakdown occurs, it qualifies for Deluxe Coverage, which provides coverage for necessary repairs to the following components:

  • Basic Air Conditioning
  • Basic Cooling
  • Basic Electrical
